COVID-19 UPDATE

You might have a lot of question and we are here to help you, because life won´t be cancelled!

We understand you might be worried about your Summer trip with all this big mess with Coronavirus in the world.

At this stage, all WEEKS are set to depart as scheduled. We are following the situation carefully with the authorities IF any week requires changes or cancellations that will be communicated directly to your folks!

 

We decided to change our booking conditions so you won’t cancel your future plans + you can feel secure about it:

NEW BOOKING CONDITIONS

10% Payment for booking

90% Payment until 30 days before the Week start

ALSO, we are offering increased flexibility on your 2020 booking:

  • Change your week. There will be open weeks available for Portugal Route in September.
  • Move your booking to 2021. You can change your booking to summer 2021, contact your Booking Manager for details.
  • If you want to discuss any other option please contact our support center at info@theoceanweek.com

FAQ

Can I change the date of my OCEAN WEEK for any reason?

Yes. All changes within the 2020 season are free. Subject to availability and covering the difference in price (if any).

What if now I cannot make any date in the 2020 season or I can’t decide what date to change to for the future season?

You will have up to 30 days before your trip to decide if you want to pick a new date in 2020 or postpone to 2021.

What if my OCEAN WEEK  gets suspended? What are my options?

At this stage all Weeks are ON as planned.

If your week is suspended, you will be notified immediately. Your booking will automatically be converted to a TOW Voucher that you can use in 3 years.

When will I know if my trip has been suspended?

The situation with COVID-19 is changing on a daily basis. If there is a travel ban, border closure or advice against all but essential travel in the destination country and we have no choice but to suspend the trip, we will contact you.

If your trip has been suspended, your booking will automatically be converted on a TOW Voucher and new dates will be suggested.

The 2nd installment is due. Can I delay the 2nd installment?

The due installments could be done until 30 days before the week with no penalties.

I am not sure I can come anymore. Can I cancel and get a refund? What are my options?

You have the following three options:

  • Change your week. There will be open weeks available for Portugal Route in September.
  • Move your booking to 2021. You can change your booking to summer 2021, contact your Booking Manager for details.
  • If you want to discuss any other option please contact our support center at info@theoceanweek.com
  • If you cancel, the terms set out in our Terms & Conditions will apply. We recommend not to cancel, instead to postpone, this will mean you have a holiday to look forward to in the future.

Also please note that your 2nd installment has been extended and is not due until 30 days before departure.
